High caffeine intake will increase feelings of (stress and anxiety) and then you’ll crash afterward and that makes you feel low. Tha other issue is that it can disrupt your sleep if you’re drinking a lot of caffeine later in tha day, and that will make you more stressed. That doesn’t mean that you can’t drink caffeine at all, but you should make sure that you limit your intake and don’t drink any caffeine after around 2 pm, otherwise, you’ll struggle to sleep.

A lot of people use alcohol to relax at tha end of a long day but that isn’t tha best way to manage your stress. It might reduce feelings of stress at that moment, but increased alcohol intake over time can actually increase your feelings (stress and anxiety) This can lead to a vicious cycle because people then drink more to relax again. It’s important that you’re not relying on alcohol as a way to relieve stress.

CBD oil is a very popular treatment for stress and anxiety these days. It’s still relatively new and tha research into it is still in its early stages but a lot of people have found that it reduces stress and anxiety. 4. Magnesium
